Trieu To Mieu Temple, also called Trieu Mieu Temple was constructed in the third year of Emperor Gia Long’s reign (1804). It is at the Southeast of Hue Imperial City. It has been used for worshipping Lord Nguyen Kim, father of Lord Nguyen Hoang. Trieu Mieu is in a rectangular campus. It has a main hall of “double house” style with three appartments and two lean-tos. The front hall has five appartments and two single lean-tos. In the temple, there is the altar worshipping Trieu To Tinh Hoang de and his first lady. After over 200 years, due to the hash weather of Hue and the destruction of wars, Trieu Mieu Temple was severely degraded. With the great support of Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP) and the investment budget, the project of restoring Trieu Mieu Temple was started in June 2014 and completed in September 2016.
